Should you require it, we are able to provide snacks, a buffet, or full catering - with various price options depending upon numbers and requirements. Buffet lunches start at £6.50 per person. Hot lunches start at £9.00 per person.

Our facilities have full disabled access on both floors with a lift to the first floor Phoenix Suite comprising the Mitchell Room - our large meetings and conference facility - and the more intimate Hamer Lounge – perfect for small gatherings.

The Phoenix Suite is the brand new, state-of-the-art £1.3million Conference and Banqueting Facility in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

The Phoenix Suite has full WIFI connection, flipcharts, and an OHP facility to project your PowerPoint presentations or marketing videos onto our large wall-mounted screen.

The Mitchell Room at the Phoenix Suite will accommodate up to 30 people in boardroom style with ease, up to 120 people in theatre or banquet style, and up to 130 people for a disco. The Phoenix Suite as a whole - including both the Mitchell Room and the Hamer Lounge - will easily accommodate 160 people.

In our spacious grounds there is plenty of space to site several marquees, should your event require additional room. Please contact us if you would like further information on marquee hire.

The Phoenix Suite site lends itself to sports festivals, fundays, sales events, management team building activities and other events where wide open spaces and peaceful, private surroundings are needed
