From the moment you enter the foyer of the Phoenix Suite you will find a warm welcome from our helpful staff, and a relaxing atmosphere within which to hold your business meeting or conference.

We can provide snacks, a buffet, or full catering – with various price options depending upon numbers and requirements. Buffet lunches start at £5.95 per person. Hot lunches start at £9.00 per person
Our facilities have full disabled access on both floors with a lift to the first floor Conference Suite – comprising the Mitchell Room and the Hamer Lounge.
The Phoenix Suite has full WIFI connection, flipcharts, and an OHP facility to project your PowerPoint presentations or videos onto our large wall-mounted screen.
The Mitchell Room at the Phoenix Suite will accommodate up to 30 people in boardroom style with ease and up to 120 people in theatre or banquet style.
Business and Conference Packages
Our business and conference facilities at the Phoenix Suite are very adaptable, and are suitable for your meeting whether that is a small get together, to a full 120 person conference. To suit your requirements we are able to offer the following layouts: boardroom, theatre style or banquet with individual tables. The Mitchell Room, our conference venue, is very spacious, with picture windows, giving a relaxing feel to your clients. It is an ideal venue for product launches, sales and demonstrations.
