Whether it be a conference, management meeting, seminar, training event, exhibition, or just somewhere for the lone traveller to stop and retrieve those all important emails over a refreshing drink, the Phoenix Suite is the place to be! 

From the moment you enter the foyer of the Phoenix Suite you will find a warm welcome from our helpful staff, and a relaxing atmosphere within which to hold your business meeting or conference. 

We can provide snacks, a buffet, or full catering – with various price options depending upon numbers and requirements.  Buffet lunches start at £5.95 per person.  Hot lunches start at £9.00 per person

Our facilities have full disabled access on both floors with a lift to the first floor Conference Suite – comprising the Mitchell Room and the Hamer Lounge.

The Phoenix Suite has full WIFI connection, flipcharts, and an OHP facility to project your PowerPoint presentations or videos onto our large wall-mounted screen. 

The Mitchell Room at the Phoenix Suite will accommodate up to 30 people in boardroom style with ease and up to 120 people in theatre or banquet style. 

Business and Conference Packages

Our business and conference facilities at the Phoenix Suite are very adaptable, and are suitable for your meeting whether that is a small get together, to a full 120 person conference. To suit your requirements we are able to offer the following layouts: boardroom, theatre style or banquet with individual tables. The Mitchell Room, our conference venue, is very spacious, with picture windows, giving a relaxing feel to your clients. It is an ideal venue for product launches, sales and demonstrations.

Also, within the Phoenix Suite complex is a fully equipped 3rd generation, rubber crumb artificial turf pitch, which is ideal for relaxation and for team building activities.

The Phoenix Suite is set in 20 acres of landscaped surroundings with splendid views over the city and nearby countryside. It is the ideal venue to get the most from your business meetings and conferences.

We are in the perfect location to ensure you arrive at your business meeting or conference without having to battle through city centre traffic.  The Phoenix Suite has excellent accessibility and direct routes to the motorway network. 

The Phoenix Suite is located at the junction of the A500 and A50 on the edge of Stoke-on-Trent just 2 minutes from Junction 15 of the M6 motorway and 40 minutes from Junction 24 of the M1 motorway.

The Phoenix Suite is the brand new, state-of-the-art £1.3million Conference and Banqueting Facility in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

We have various business and conference packages, which we can tailor to suit your requirements:

No 1 Half Day
(4hrs) maximum 100 people depending upon room layout.

  6. Any other requirements are negotiable.

No 2 Full Day (
(8hrs) maximum 100 people depending upon room layout.

  2. Tea/Coffee and biscuits mid morning £2-00 per person
  3. Buffet Lunches start at £5.95 per person
  4. Hot Lunches Start at £9-00 per person
  5. Afternoon Tea/Coffee and cake £2-25 per person

No 3 By the Hour
(minimum 3hours)

In addition to the large Mitchell Room we have the more intimate Hamer Lounge that will accommodate small meetings, and is a great place to meet up with business acquaintances for an informal get-together.This room also has drop down screen with overhead projection. 

The Hamer Lounge is also a great place for business people to call in whilst on their travels to enjoy a coffee whilst checking e-mails and catching up on their business calls.

At the Phoenix Suite we also have several rooms that can be used for group activities and syndicate exercises, if required.

We are able to provide PA Systems and Guest Speakers upon request should that be required for your business meeting or conference.
